Our stainless steel pipes are produced on automatic systems with fully-mechanised welding processes. All important production steps for quality pipes are integrated in the sequence.

This includes moulding and welding, smoothing the weld seam on the inside and outside and also solution annealing.

The non-destructive testing and calibration and also cutting to fixed lengths with deburring of the pipe ends are further steps in the continuous production line. This production technique enables us to achieve consistent pipe properties.

When particularly fine-grained joints or re-crystallisation of the welded material is involved, a pipe pulling, similar to glide pulling, is made in the weld line.
The greater strain-hardening of the pre-pipe produces the desired effects during the subsequent solution annealing.

ESTA pipes can withstand stresses up to the limits for the material "stainless steel".
